The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 09.05.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:
"List in the first week of July, 2016. Liberty is granted to file additional affidavit in the meantime.
It is submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner was granted liberty to file additional documents vide this Court's Order quoted above but he has not filed the same so far.
It is further submitted that there is delay of 99 days in filing and a further delay of 24 days in refiling the special leave petition and the counsel has filed applications for condonation of delay in filing and refiling the same.
The applications in the matter abovementioned are, therefore, listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
