The facts of the present case are identical to the facts in Petitions for Special Leave to Appeal (Civil) No.22226-22227 of 2023 that were dismissed vide order dated 03rd October, 2023.

On enquiring from Mr. Vikramjit Banerjee, learned Additional Solicitor General as to whether the said order has been implemented, he states on instructions that the impugned judgment has been implemented.
- The Petition for Special Leave to Appeal is dismissed as meritless. Pending application is disposed of.
