UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Applications for exemption from filing certified copy of the impugned judgment are allowed.
Delay condoned.
The learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners pointed out that GO No.206 is already on record. He has taken us through the said GO. He states that as of today, both the respondents have been granted compassionate appointment as Sweepers and they are holding the said post.
Issue notice returnable on 1st August, 2023.
In the meanwhile, there will be stay of the operation of the impugned judgments, subject to the condition that the present appointment of the respondents shall not be disturbed.
The learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners states that there are no vacancies available to the post of Junior Assistants as of today, if all the eligible persons who are seeking compassionate appointments are taken into consideration.
