The application for exemption from surrendering (Crl.M.P.No.4883/2016) in the matter abovementioned was listed before the Hon'ble JudgeinChambers on 28th March, 2016, when His Lordership was pleased to pass the following order:

"Application seeking exemption from surrendering is rejected. However, four weeks' time is granted to the petitioner to surrender and file proof thereof."

It is submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has filed surrender proof of the petitioner which is within time. Copy of the surrender proof is included in the SLP paper books.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has filed additional documents along with applications for bail and permission to file additional documents which have been registered as Criminal Miscellaneous Petition Nos. 8405 and 8406 of 2016 and being circulated with this office report.

The matter abovementioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office Report.
