In SLP(C) No.30248/12 respondent Nos.1-5, 7 and 8-9 & 10 have filed separate counter affidavits. Ld. Counsel for respondent Nos. 1- 5 and 7 submits that counter filed by the remaining contesting respondents have not been served on her. Serve copy of the counter affidavit on the counsel. Notice is still awaited from respondent Nos.6 and 11.

It is submitted by the Ld.counsel for the contesting respondents that respondent No.6 has expired and the details of the date of death and details of the Lrs. will be furnished to the Ld.counsel for the petitioner. Ld.counsel for the petitioner may take steps to bring the

lrs. on record. In SLP(C) No.15487/13 await return of notice of respondent Nos. 2 & 3. The served respondents may file their counter affidavit in the meanwhile.
