UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

We consider at the threshold to call for a report from the Presiding Officer, Civil Court, Sujangarh to report as to how the matter pertaining to the present dispute taken up on an application under Order VII rule 11, CPC which has been allowed once it was brought to the notice of the Court that the judgment in K. Ramnarayan v. Shri Pukhraj [D.B. Civil Reference No.1/2015] dated 26.10.2017 of the High Court of Judicature for Rajasthan was stayed by this Court in SLP [C] No.1551/2018 by order dated 05.03.2018.

The Registrar of the High Court will ensure that the report is placed in the present proceedings before this Court before the next date. List on 22.08.2022.
