UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
It is informed to the learned counsel for the parties that one of the parties to the present litigation has tried to reach one of us with regard to the said matter(s).
Shri Dushyant Dave, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner and Shri A.N.S. Nadkarni, learned senior counsel appearing for respondent No.1, vehemently, submit that this Court should not succumb to such ploys and not recuse.
It is submitted that a strong message to be given in spite of such attempts and the Court do not become party to a tactics by the litigant to avoid a Bench and this Court should proceed to hear the matter(s).

Acceding to the request of the parties, we, therefore, keep the matters on 21.09.2022 as first item at the top of the Board.
