Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even though the High Court passed an order dated 07.01.2022 on his urgency application to list the matter after two weeks, the anticipatory bail application moved by the petitioner has not come up for consideration by the High Court yet. consideration of the anticipatory bail applications.
