It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that there is a delay of 67 days in filing the Special Leave Petition filed against the Judgment and Order dated 16.08.2016 of the High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad in SCA No. 11676 of 2016.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioners has on 07.02.2017 filed a letter stating therein that order dated 22.12.2015, 31.03.2016 and exhibits are not necessary for hearing of the case (Copy of the Advocate's letter is included in the paperbooks at page No. 529).

It is further submitted that the Civil Appeal No. 10513 of 2016 (@ SLP (C) No. 30550 of 2016) arising out of common order was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 28.10.2016 and the same is pending before the Hon'ble Court (Copy of the order dated 28.10.2016 is enclosed herewith).
