It is submitted for information of the Hon'ble Court that the Special Leave Petitions abovementioned alongwith applications have been filed by Mr. Vishwa Pal Singh, Advocate against the Impugned Judgment and final order dated 20.09.2016 passed by the High Court of Uttarakhand at Nainital in W.P. (S/B) Nos. 337, 338, 340, 345, 346, 362 and 365 of 2016.

It is further submitted that Civil Appeal No. 10513 of 2016 @ Special Leave Petition (C) No. 30550 of 2016 arising out of similar issue was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 28.10.2016 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to grant the leave and is pending before this Hon'ble Court (copy of the order dated 28.10.2016 is annexed as Annexure P13 at Page nos. 343344 of the paper books).

The matters alongwith applications above mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
