UPON hearing the counsel the court made the following O R D E R

1. Compliance of the order dated 16th January, 2024 has not been made by the learned counsel for the petitioner-Union of India so far and some more time is prayed for today on the ground that the tabulated statement has to be compiled from various departments as the information whereof came a few days back.

2. We are not satisfied by the explanation offered by the learned counsel for the petitioner-Union of India. Subject to payment of cost of ₹20,000/- (Rupees Twenty thousand only) to be deposited with the Supreme Court Advocates-on- Record Welfare Fund, the compliance of the order dated 16th January, 2024 shall be made within two weeks from today.
