UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following $0 R D E R$

is submitted that earlier a committee $T_{\text{t}}$ $was$ constituted and on the basis of that ban was recommended on the use of certain Pesticides as stated in the report Thereafter yet another committee had been <pre>page 238.</pre> constituted headed by Dr. J.S. Sandhu as stated by Ms. Anand, learned Additional solicitor Pinki General appearing on behalf of Union of India and Mr. Sandeep Narain, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.4. However the matter is required to be looked urgently. As it involves some experties and the scientific data to be considered, we permit petitioner to file a represention before the Committee headed by Dr. J.S. Sandhu within fifteen days.

As the matter is of urgent nature let recommendations be finalised by the committee expeditiously preferably within three months and if decision is taken to ban a particular pesticide, let it be implemented fifteen days thereafter.

Let report of the committee be placed before this Court. List in the month of August, 2018.
