This is a petition filed under Section 25 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, seeking transfer of divorce petition O.P. No. 1704 of 2013 titled as 'V. Pushpa Raj v. Sindhu' pending before Family Court, Thrissur, Kerala, to the Family Court, Coimbatore, Tamilnadu. There is no appearance on behalf of the respondent despite notice. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, we deem it fit and proper to allow this transfer petition. Accordingly, divorce petition O.P. No. 1704 of 2013 titled as 'V. Pushpa Raj v. Sindhu' is ordered to be transferred from Family Court, Thrissur, Kerala, to the Family Court, Coimbatore, Tamilnadu. Let the records of the case be transferred to the concerned court without delay. The transfer petition is allowed, accordingly.
