We reproduce Paragraph 4 of the said affidavit: ....2/- - 2 - "That the Petitioner is not a party
within the purview of Section 19(1) of the SICA for the purpose of sacrificing its dues. Yet, the BIFR made the scheme binding on the Petitioner affecting the rights to realise the unchallenged award as a decretal dues. The same was the first ground taken by the Petitioner before the High Court."
In view of the said Paragraph 4, we issue notice.
