The matters above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 1st October, 2015, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"Delay condoned.

It is submitted by Mr. Datar, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners that they have already invoked the arbitration clause and they are not interested in the project. Mr. Datar, further submitted that if the observations made by the learned Single Judge and the Division Bench are maintained, it will have adverse repercussions in the arbitration proceedings.

Regard being had to the aforesaid submission, a limited notice is issue to the respondents returnable within six weeks. Dasti in addition is permitted."

It is submitted that there are five respondents. Show cause notice on usual as well as dasti mode could not be issued to all the said respondents as Mr. E. C. Agrawala, Counsel for the petitioner has not filed spare copies so far.

The matters above mentioned are listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
