The matters above mentioned have been filed on 12th March, 2015 against the impugned final judgment and order dated 3rd December, 2014 passed by the High Court of Judicature at Madras in Writ Appeal Nos. 119, 120, 121 and 122 of 2014, which are barred by time by 01 day and the same were defective. After curing the defects, the Counsel has re-filed the Petitions which are also barred by time by 131 days and Counsel for the Petitioner has filed an applications for condonation of delay in re-filing the Special Leave Petitions.

It is submitted that Mr. E.C. Agrawala, counsel for the Petitioner has on 7th September, 2015 filed an application for permission to file additional documents with Annexure-A affidavit and copy of the same is circulated herewith.
