"Respondent No.3 has already filed the counter affidavit. None appears for respondent No.2, despite due service. Respondent No.4 to file counter affidavit within four weeks. Fresh steps to be taken for service of respondent Nos.1 and 5 within two weeks. Notice thereafter be issued. List again on 10.8.2016."

It is submitted that pursuant to above quoted order, Mr. G.S. Makkar and Mr. Anil Katiyar, Advocates filed vakalathama/appearance and counter affidavits on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 & 5 respectively.

It is further submitted that Ms. Garima Prasad, Counsel for respondent No. 4 has not filed counter affidavit.

It is also submitted that Mr. Abinash kumar Mishra, Counsel for Respondent No. 3 has filed counter affidavit on behalf of respondent No. 3.

Service of notice is complete.

The matters above mentioned are listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
