The matters above mentioned were listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court on 12th February, 2016, when the following order was passed:-

"The Ld. Advocate, Ms. Gunwant Dara, appearing on behalf of Ms. Sushma Suri, Advocate-on-Record appears for respondent No.1. She seeks time to file vakalatnama and counter affidavit. Be filed within four weeks' time. Petitioner to serve the complete set of the pleadings to the said respondent within one week.

Fresh steps to be taken for service of respondent Nos.4 and 5 within two weeks. Notice thereafter be issued.

Nobody appears for respondent No.2, despite due service.

Respondent No.3 to file counter affidavit within four weeks. List again on 27.4.2016."

It is submitted that pursuant to above quoted order, Ms. Sushma Suri, Advocate has neither filed vakalathama and appearance nor filed counter affidavit on behalf of respondent No. 1 so far.

It is further submitted that Mr. E.C. Agrawala, counsel for the petitioner has not filed proof of service to serve the copy of petition to Ms. Sushma Suri, Advocate, who was appeared before the Ld. Registrar's Court on behalf respondent No. 1, so far.

It is further submitted that Ms. Garima Prasad, Advocate has filed vakalatnama and appearance on behalf of respondent No. 4, but she has not filed counter affidavit. Neither A.D. card nor unserved cover containing notice has been received from respondent No. 3 so far.

The matters above mentioned are listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
