The matters above mentioned were listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court on 27th November, 2015, when the following order was passed:-

"Spare copies of the petition has not been provided by the petitioner to get the show cause notice issued qua five of the respondents, despite the direction of the Hon'ble Court vide order dated 1.10.2015. The Ld. Counsel for the petitioner has requested one more opportunity for the purpose. Be provided within a week. Notice thereafter be issued.

List again on 12.2.2016."

It is submitted that pursuant to above quoted order, show cause notice on usual as well as dasti mode has been issued to all the five respondents. A.D. card duly signed has been received for Respondent No.2 but no one has entered appearance so far. Respondent No.3 is represented by Mr. Abinash Kumar Mishra, Advocate, but he has not filed counter affidavit. In respect of Respondent Nos. 1, 4 & 5, neither A.D. cards nor unserved covers containing notice has been received so far.

It is further submitted that Mr. E.C. Agrawala, Advocate, has filed affidavit of dasti service with proof on behalf of all the five Respondents.

The matters above mentioned are listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
