This matter abovementioned has been filed by Mr. Ankur S. Kulkarni, Advocate on 12th March, 2015 against the Judgment and Order dated 17.12.2014 of the High Court of Kerala at Ernakulam in W.A. NO. 1435 of 2014.

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that there was a delay of 17 days in refiling the Special Leave Petition. Therefore, counsel had filed an application for condonation of delay in refiling the SLP and the delay has been condoned by Additional Registrar (IB) on 30th April, 2015.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 6.5.2015 filed applications for permission to file additional documents, i.e.. Annexure P11 to Annexure P14 exemption from filing official translation and application for stay(Registered as I.A. Nos. 3 to 5)(Copy of the same is being circulated for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court).

The matter along with applications above mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
