The Learned counsel for the respondent Nos.1(i) to 1(iv) seeks and is given four weeks time to file the counter affidavit.

Fresh steps for the service of notice by usual mode to the respondent Nos. 2,3,4,5,9(i) shall be taken by the learned counsel for the petitioners within a period of four weeks. Dasti in addition is permitted to be served.
