UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

We have heard learned counsel for parties at length.

We were concerned with the fate of the students and that is why we looked into the matter with some sympathy.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner(s) wants to withdraw the petitions and state that they would like to move the High Court with some proceedings. It is for them to take that course of action but there is no liberty to come back to us.

The special leave petitions stand dismissed as withdrawn accordingly.

Pending applications stand disposed of.
