UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

In continuation of the order dated 16.12.2020, the High Court by the impugned interim order dated 14.03.2021 directed the affiliated private medical colleges, Puducherry to issue hall tickets to the students and permit them to write the examinations starting from 15.03.2021. Only those students who have paid the fee of 12.5 lakhs were directed to be permitted to take the examinations subject to the

result of the writ petitions. However, the High Court has directed that the results shall be withheld till the disposal of the writ petition.

Ms.Meenakshi Arora, learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the students have been permitted to take the examinations and the results are scheduled to be announced soon. She also submitted that the course for the next academic year would commence from May, 2021.

In view of the above, we request the High Court to finally dispose of the writ petition, within a period of two weeks from today.

The Special Leave Petitions as well as the pending application stands disposed of.
