Respondent Nos.3 and 4 are reported to be duly and properly served through the concerned District Court and post but none appeared on their behalf. Service report in respect of respondent Nos.5 to 7 is still awaited for want of spare copies and process fee. Item No.35 -2- Same be filed within two weeks. On compliance, notice be issued through the concerned District Court in addition to postal service. The learned counsel for the petitioner seems to have partially cured the defects in the application for bringing the legal representatives of deceased respondent Nos.8 and 9 on record as the report indicates that some of the points/objections have not yet been cured.
