The ld. Counsel for respondent Nos. 12 and 19 has requested for complete set of pleadings. Ld. Counsel for the petitioner to provide the same within a week. Counter affidavit be filed within four weeks thereafter.

Service of respondent nos. 4,5,7,8,10,16 and 17 is also complete but none has entered appearance.

With respect to respondent nos. 1 to 3, 6,9,11,13,14,15,18 and 20, service report is received from the High Court concerned with the remarks "dead". Ld. Counsel for the petitioner to take steps to substitute the legal representatives of these respondents.
