It is submitted that the respondent no. 2 i.e. Odisha Administrative Tribunal was party respondent before the High Court Signal Method Signal Method (C) 1349 of 2017. The order passed by $\frac{A}{4}$ $\frac{A}{2}$ 15.33 the High Court is subjected to challenge in the SLP.
Learned counsel for the petitioner(s) submits that subsequently the Tribunal namely, Odisha Administrative Tribunal itself is abolished, as such the petitioner be permitted to delete the respondent No.2 i.e. Odisha Administrative Tribunal.
Accordingly, the application is allowed and the petitioner(s) is permitted to delete the respondent No.2 i.e. Odisha Administrative Tribunal a the risk of the petitioner(s).
