Ld. Advocate-on-record, Mr. Shibhashish Mishra appears for the petitioner and submits that the earlier Ld. counsel for the petitioner has been elevated as Judge of the High Court and prays for time to file fresh vakalatnama. Four weeks' time is granted for doing the needful.
