We find no ground to interfere with the impugned order(s) passed by the High Court. The Special Leave Petitions are, accordingly, dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioners to seek resolution of disputes through mediation before the civil court.
We clarify that any observations made by the High Court shall not be taken into consideration by the civil court while deciding the suit on merits.
Pending interlocutory application(s), if any, is/are disposed of.
