UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Leave granted. Mr. Harish N. Salve, Senior Advocate for the petitioner submits that a review petition was filed by the petitioner before the High Court and the petitioner has already filed a memo for withdrawing the same. Interim stay of the judgement of the High Court subject to the condition that the petitioner shall carry on mining activities only in 112 hectares of land and leave 25.25 hectares of land as virgin land. The
said 25.25 hectares of land shall be demarked by the Director, Mines through his authorised designate, after hearing the parties.
