UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

As per office report, service is complete qua respondent No.1. However, Mr.T.N. Singh, Ld.counsel undertakes to appear for the above respondent. He seeks and is given two week's time to file vakalatnama and four week's time to file counter affidavit.

Ld.counsel appearing for respondent No.1 submits that respondent No.2 expired on 6.02.2004 before filing of this SLP. However, as per office report, respondent has been served, but no one has entered appearance. Accordingly, Ld.counsel for the petitioner is directed to take appropriate steps to bring on record the lrs. of deceased respondent No.2 within four weeks.

Registry is also directed to verify the same and report.

Ld.counsel for the petitioner is further directed to take fresh steps for effecting service upon respondent Nos.3 & 4 within two weeks.
