The matter abovementioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 03.08.2015 when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:
"Learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos. 2 to 4 states that the Vakalatnama and counter affidavit shall be filed within four weeks. Prayer is allowed. Rejoinder, if any, be filed within two weeks thereafter. List the matter after six weeks."
It is submitted that Mr. Navin Prakash has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of respondent Nos. 2 to 4 but no counteraffidavit has been
filed hence no rejoinderaffidavit.
It is further submitted that Mr. Samir Ali Khan, advocate and M/s Parekh & Co., advocates have filed vakalatnama on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 and 56 but no counteraffidavit has been filed hence no rejoinderaffidavit.
Neither AD card nor unserved cover containing notice has been received back from respondent No.7 and counsel has filed affidavit of dasti service stating therein that Respondent No.7 is a proforma respondent, could not be served as he is not available at his address.
Service of notice is complete on all respondent except respondent No.7 (Proforma respondent).
The matter is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
