"Issue notice.
The respondents appearing on caveat are represented through their respective counsel.
Let notice be issued to the unrepresented respondents.
Counter affidavits be filed within four weeks. Rejoinder, if any, be filed within two weeks thereafter.
Any promotions made shall be made subject to the outcome of the present proceedings."
It is submitted that as directed above, show cause notice to all the 31 respondents was issued on 09.05.2015 by regd. A.D. Ms. Sushma Suri, Mr. E. C. Agrawala and Ms. Vernika Tomar, Advocates have filed caveat/vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 2, 3 to 18 and 19 to 25 and 28 to 31. No one has entered appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 26 and 27 though served with notice.
It is further submitted that Mr. Anil Shrivastava, Advocate has on 31.07.2015 filed application for stay (regd. as I.A. No. 2) and the same has been placed with SLP paper books.
Service is complete.
