The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 24.04.2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:-

"Issue notice.

The respondents appearing on caveat are represented through their respective counsel.

Let notice be issued to the unrepresented respondents.

Counter affidavits be filed within four weeks. Rejoinder, if any, be filed within two weeks thereafter.

Any promotions made shall be made subject to the outcome of the present proceedings."

It is submitted that as directed above, show cause notice to all the 31 respondents was issued on 09.05.2015 by regd. A.D. Ms. Sushma Suri, Mr. E. C. Agrawala and Ms. Vernika Tomar, Advocates have filed caveat/vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 1, 2, 3 to 18 and 19 to 25 and 28 to 31. Counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 1-2 and 3 to 18 have filed Counter affidavit and the same have been placed with SLP Paper Books. Counsel for the petitioners has also filed Rejoinder Affidavits with the leave of Hon'ble Court and the same have been placed with SLP Paper Books. No one has entered appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 26 and 27 though served with notice.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 31.07.2015 filed an application for permission to file Additional documents (Regd. as I.A. No. 1) and the same have been placed with SLP Paper Books.

It is further submitted that Ms. Manjit Kirpal, Advocate has on has on 08.10.2015 filed an application for Impleadment (regd. as I.A. No. 3) and the same was listed before Hon'ble Judge-in-chambers on 17.11.2015 when His Lordship was pleased to direct to list the application alongwith main matter before the Hon'ble Court.

It is lastly submitted that counsel for the petitioners has on 20.02.2016 filed an application for permission to file additional document without serving its copy on Ms. Vernika Tomar, Advocate for Respondent Nos. 19-25 and 28 to 31. However, the served application alongwith documents have been placed with SLP paper-books.

Service is complete.
