UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER

Among 31 respondents herein, opportunity for respondent nos. 1,2 and 3 to 18 to file counter affidavit has already been declined.

Though respondent no.1 has filed counter affidavit We Not Verifie the reafter, be it specifically mentioned in the office report while placing the matter before the Hon'ble Court.

The ld. counsel for respondent nos. 3 to 18 has mentioned that after seeking permission from the Hon'ble Court, counter affidavit on behalf of these respondents has been filed. Hon'ble Court's order dt.12.10.2015 is perused where two weeks time was granted to these respondents as a final opportunity to file counter affidavit. Registry to verify and to take the same on record, if so filed within the time frame.

Respondent nos. 19 to 25 and 28 to 31 have yet to file counter affidavit. Be filed within four weeks time as last opportunity.

Service of respondent nos. 26 and 27 is complete but none has entered appearance.

List again on 2.2.2016.
