UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

The petitioner is directed to implead the complainant as respondent and deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) in the Registry of this Court. The said amount will be made over to the newly added respondent after entering appearance.

Subject to above, issue notice limited to the question of reducing the sentence period to the period already undergone on assurance given by the petitioner to offer higher compensation amount to the family of the victim.

Notice is made returnable in three weeks. Dasti, in addition, is permitted.
