The Special Leave Petition above mentioned has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 5 th June, 2014 and 27th November, 2014 of the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh in CRP MP No. 1246 of 2014 in Rev. C. R. P. M. P. No. 5169 of 2012 in CRP No. 730 of 2012 in CRP MP No. 4231 of 2014 in CRP No. 730 of 2012.

It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that there is delay of 189 days in filing the Special Leave Petition against order dated 5 th June, 2014 and counsel has also filed an application for condonation of delay in filing the Special Leave Petition. SLP filed against the order dated 27th January, 2014 is within time.

The aforesaid matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
