The matters above-mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 13th

April, 2015, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following Order:-

"Issue notice on the application for condonation of delay as well as on the special leave petition returnable within 12 weeks.

There shall be stay of operation of the impugned judgment and order dated 05.06.2014 passed in CRP MP No. 1246 of 2014 in Rev. CRP MP No. 5169 of 2012 in CRP No. 730 of 2012 and order dated 27.11.2014 passed in CRP MP No. 4231 of 2014 in CRP No. 730 of 2012 till the next date of hearing."

Subsequently, the matters were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 18th July,

2016, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"In view of the letter circulated by the learned counsel for the Petitioner for adjournment of the matter to enable him to file Rejoinder affidavit. List after four weeks."

It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that Ms. Anu Gupta, Advocate counsel for the petitioner has not filed Rejoinder Affidavit so far in view of letter dated 15th July, 2016.

It is further submitted that there are two common Respondents in both matters. M/s. Sridhar Potaraju and G. N. Reddy, Advocates have entered appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos.1 & 2 respectively, in both SLPs. Counter affidavit filed on behalf of Respondent No. 1 and the same has already included in SLP paper books. No counter-affidavit has been filed on behalf of Respondent No. 2 in both SLPs.

Service is complete.

The aforesaid matters are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office

report.
