UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

As last chance, petitioner has to pay process fee and spare copies in SLP(C) No. 10969-10971/2010 before 30.7.2011. If not paid, list before the Hon'ble Judge in Chamber for nonprosecution.

If paid, issue notice as per earlier order on all unserved respondents in all SLPs with dasti in addition.

Since other served respondents have already filed counter affidavit and since unserved respondents are Government authorities, it would be very easy for the petitioner to

confirm service on them atleast. Dasti is allowed which is permitted to be served through the standing counsel also. If proof of service is not filed before 20.9.2011, list before the Hon'ble Judge in Chamber for non-prosecution.
