SLP (C) NO. 10383-10384 OF 2010
Mr. Sanjiv Sen, learned counsel appearing for the New Delhi Municipal Council, states that all the requisite documents, necessary for release of arrears of salary/pension and other retiral benefits to the respondents - employees have now been received and the payment to the employees shall be made within ten days from today. In view of the statement, list the matter after two weeks. We, however, direct that if the payment in terms of the impugned judgment is not made within the time granted by us, on the next date, the Chief Accountant of the New Delhi Municipal Council shall remain present in Court
in person along with the relevant records. SLP (C) NO. 10969-10971 OF 2010 Before we hear learned counsel for the petitioners in this petition, we direct the petitioners to comply with the directions contained in Para 20 of the impugned order read with order dated 8th February, 2010 passed by the High Court, within ten days from today. Let there be no default.
