UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

: 2 :

Before we hear learned counsel for the parties on the merits of the case, we direct the NDMC to make payment of entire arrears of salary/pension and other retiral benefits to the respondent - employees within three weeks from today. Thereafter, an affidavit shall be filed by the NDMC giving details of the amount(s) so paid to each of the seven affected respondent - employees. Insofar as the question of

reimbursement of the amount being paid by the NDMC is concerned, appropriate orders in that regard shall be passed on the next date of hearing. The respondent - employees concerned shall

furnish the details of their bank accounts to the Director (Education) within two days from today.
