Ld. Counsel for common respondent No.1 in SLP(C) Nos. 4902, 4903 and 4905/2024 submits that she shall file vakalatnama on behalf of these respondents after taking "NOC" from the erstwhile Counsel.
Ld. Counsel seeks and is granted four weeks time to file counter affidavit.
Four weeks time is granted to respondent No. 3 in SLP(C) Nos. 4902 to 4905/2024 to file the counter affidavit.
Service of notice is complete on remaining respondents, there is no appearance.
However Mr. Manu Yadav, Ld. Advocate appearing on behalf of Mr. Rameshwar Goyal, Ld. Advocate-on-Record accepts notice on behalf of respondent Nos. 4 and 5.
