"In all the matters, numbered above, the served respondents shall be at liberty to file the counter affidavit within a period of four weeks.

Ld.counsel for the petitioners shall within a period of four weeks file the affidavit in proof of dasti service of notice already issued to the unserved respondents.

List again on 21.08.2015."

PETITION FOR SPECIAL LEAVE TO APPEAL (CIVIL) NO. 9100 OF 2015

It is submitted that pursuant to above quoted order, Mr. Vijay Kumar, Advocate has not filed Counter Affidavit on behalf of respondent Nos. 2, 3 and 4 so far. Respondent No. 1 is represented by Mr. B.V. Balram Das, Advocate but he has not filed Counter Affidavit. A.D. Cards duly signed have been received from Respondent Nos. 5, 7 and 11 but no one has entered appearance so far. In respect of respondent Nos. 6, 8 and 9, proof of dasti service has been filed but no one has entered appearance so far. In respect of respondent No. 10, neither A.D. card nor unserved cover containing notice has been received so far.

It is further submitted that Mr. Ankur S. Kulkarni, Advocate has not filed filed affidavit of dasti service on behalf of Respondent No. 10 so far.

PETITION FOR SPECIAL LEAVE TO APPEAL (CIVIL) NO. 9101 OF 2015

It is submitted that pursuant to above quoted order, Mr. Vijay Kumar, Advocate has not filed Counter Affidavit on behalf of respondent Nos. 2 and 3 so far. Respondent No. 1 is represented by Mr. B.V. Balram Das, Advocate but he has not filed Counter Affidavit. A.D. Cards duly signed have been received from Respondent No. 6 but no one has entered appearance so far. In respect of respondent Nos. 5, 7 and 8, Mr. Ankur S. Kulkarni, Counsel for the Petitioner has filed proof of dasti service but no one has entered appearance so far. In respect of respondent Nos. 4 and 9, neither A.D. card nor unserved cover containing notice has been received so far.

It is further submitted that Mr. Ankur S. Kulkarni, Advocate has not filed filed affidavit of dasti service on behalf of Respondent Nos. 4 and 9 so far.

PETITION FOR SPECIAL LEAVE TO APPEAL (CIVIL) NO. 9102 OF 2015

It is submitted that pursuant to above quoted order, Mr. Vijay Kumar, Advocate has not filed Counter Affidavit on behalf of respondent Nos. 2 and 3 so far. Respondent No. 1 is represented by Mr. B.V. Balram Das, Advocate but he has not filed Counter Affidavit. A.D. Cards duly signed have been received from Respondent Nos. 4, 5, 7 and 10 but no one has entered appearance so far.
