Accordingly, show cause notice was issued on 05.03.201 for all the six respondents through registered A.D. post. Mr. Farrukh Rasheed, Advocate has filed vakalatnama and counter affidavit on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and the same is included in the paper books. Respondent Nos. 3 to 5 have been served vide postal department delivery report but no one entered apppearance on their behalf. Respondent No. 6 has been deleted from the array of parties by the Order dated 16.09.2014 of the Hon'ble Judge in Chamber. Service of the show cause notice in respect of all the respondents is complete

The office report indicates that the respondent Nos.1 & 2 have already filed the counter affidavit. Service of notice is complete on the respondent Nos. 3-5, but no one has entered appearance on their behalf. The respondent No.6 has been deleted from the array of parties by the order dated 16.09.2014 of the Hon'ble Judge in Chamber. Viewed thus, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court under the rules.
