PETITION FOR SPECIAL LEAVE TO APPEAL (CIVIL) NO. 9100 OF 2015

It is submitted that there are eleven respondents. Show cause notice has been issued to all the eleven respondents on 8 th April, 2015. Mr. Vijay Kumar, Advocate has on 28th April, 2015 filed vakalatnama and appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 2, 3 and 4 and his name has been updated in the computer data. In respect of respondent Nos. 1 and 5 to 11, neither A.D. cards nor unserved covers containing notices have been received so far.

It is further submitted that Mr. Ankur S. Kulkarni, Advocate has on 25th April, 2015 filed affidavit of dasti service stating therein that notice has been served on respondent Nos. 1, 5 and 10 to 11 through speed post but he has not filed proper proof of service so far. In respect of respondent Nos. 6 to 9, proof of dasti service has been filed but no one has entered appearance so far.

PETITION FOR SPECIAL LEAVE TO APPEAL (CIVIL) NO. 9101 OF 2015

It is submitted that there are nine respondents. Show cause notice has been issued to all the nine respondents on 8 th April, 2015. Mr. Vijay Kumar, Advocate has on 28th April, 2015 filed vakalatnama and appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 2 and 3 and his name has been updated in the computer data. In respect of respondent Nos. 1, 4 and 5 to 9, neither A.D. cards nor unserved covers containing notices have been received so far.

It is further submitted that Mr. Ankur S. Kulkarni, Advocate has on 25th April, 2015 filed affidavit of dasti service stating therein that notice has been served on respondent Nos. 1, 4 and 9 through speed post but he has not filed proper proof of service so far. In respect of respondent Nos. 5 to 8, proof of dasti service has been filed but no one has entered appearance so far.
