The matters above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 20th March, 2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"Delay condoned. Issue notice, returnable in four weeks. Dasti service, in addition, is permitted."

Accordingly, show cause notice has been issued to all the respondents by Registered A.D. Post on 8th April, 2015. Service position of each matter is as under:-

It is submitted that there are eleven respondents. Respondent No. 1 is represented by Mr. G.S. Makkar, Advocate but he has not filed counter affidavit so far. Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 are represented by Mr. Vijay Kumar, Advocate, and he has filed counter affidavit on 18th April, 2016 on their behalf. The said counter affidavit has been included in the paper books. A.D. card duly signed have been received from respondent Nos. 5, 7 and 11. In respect of respondent Nos. 6 and 8 to 10, Counsel for the Petitioner has filed affidavit with proof of service of notice. No one has entered appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 5 to 11 so far.

It is submitted that there are nine respondents. Respondent No. 1 is represented by Mr. G.S. Makkar, Advocate but he has not filed counter affidavit so far. Respondent Nos. 2 to 3 are represented by Mr. Vijay Kumar, Advocate, and he has filed counter affidavit on 18th April, 2016 on their behalf. The said counter affidavit has been included in the paper books. A.D. card duly signed have been received from respondent No. 6. In respect of respondent Nos. 4, 5 and 7 to 9, Counsel for the Petitioners has filed affidavit with proof of service of notice. No one has entered appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 4 to 9 so far.

It is submitted that there are ten respondents. Respondent No. 1 is represented by Mr. G.S. Makkar, Advocate but he has not filed counter affidavit so far. Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 are represented by Mr. Vijay Kumar, Advocate, and he has filed counter affidavit on 18th April, 2016 on their behalf. The said counter affidavit has been included in the paper books. A.D. cards duly signed have been received from respondent Nos. 4, 5, 7 and 10. In respect of respondent Nos. 6, 8 and 9, Counsel for the Petitioners has filed affidavit with proof of service of notice. No one has entered appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 4 to 10 so far.

It is submitted that there are ten respondents. Respondent No. 1 is represented by Mr. G.S. Makkar, Advocate but he has not filed counter affidavit so far. Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 are represented by Mr. Vijay Kumar, Advocate, and he has filed counter affidavit on 18th April, 2016 on their behalf. The matters above mentioned were listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court on 15th July, 2016, when the following order was passed:-

"Service is complete. Appearing respondents have failed to file the counter affidavit within the period stipulated under the rules. Viewed thus, the matters shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court on its own turn."

Service of notice is complete in all the matters.

It is also submitted that Mr. Ankur S. Kulkarni, Counsel for the Petitioners in matters, has on 14th September, 2016, filed rejoinder affidavit with the permission of the Hon'ble Court. The said rejoinder affidavit is being circulated to the Hon'ble Court.

The matters above mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
