"In all the matters numbered above, the served respondents shall be at liberty to file the counter affidavit within a period of four weeks, whereafter no further extension shall be given.

Four weeks time as last chance is given to the Ld.counsel for the petitioners in all the matters numbered above to file the affidavit in proof of dasti service of notice already issued to unserved respondents.

List the matter again on 16.11.2015."

PETITION FOR SPECIAL LEAVE TO APPEAL (CIVIL) NO. 9100 OF 2015

It is submitted that pursuant to above quoted order, Mr. B.V. Balram Das, Advocate and Mr. Vijay Kumar, Advocate have not filed Counter Affidavits on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to 4 respectively so far. A.D. Cards duly signed have been received from Respondent Nos. 5, 7 and 11 but no one has entered appearance so far. In respect of respondent Nos. 6, 8 and 9, proof of dasti service has been filed but no one has entered appearance so far. In respect of respondent No. 10, neither A.D. card nor unserved cover containing notice has been received so far.

It is further submitted that Mr. Ankur S. Kulkarni, Advocate has not filed filed affidavit of dasti service on behalf of Respondent No. 10 so far.

PETITION FOR SPECIAL LEAVE TO APPEAL (CIVIL) NO. 9101 OF 2015

It is submitted that pursuant to above quoted order, Mr. B.V. Balram Das, Advocate and Mr. Vijay Kumar, Advocate have not filed Counter Affidavits on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 and 2-3 respectively so far. A.D. Card duly signed has been received from Respondent No. 6 but no one has entered appearance so far. In respect of respondent Nos. 5, 7 and 8, Mr. Ankur S. Kulkarni, Counsel for the Petitioner has filed proof of dasti service but no one has entered appearance so far. In respect of respondent Nos. 4 and 9, neither A.D. card nor unserved cover containing notice has been received so far.

It is further submitted that Mr. Ankur S. Kulkarni, Advocate has not filed filed affidavit of dasti service on behalf of Respondent Nos. 4 and 9 so far.

It is submitted that pursuant to above quoted order, Mr. B.V. Cards duly signed have been received from Respondent Nos. 4, 5, 7 and 10 but no one has entered appearance so far. In respect of respondent Nos. 6, 8 and 9, Mr. Ankur S. Kulkarni, Counsel for the Petitioner has filed proof of dasti service but no one has entered appearance so far.
