Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the abovementioned cases, we are satisfied that these are the fit cases where the prayer for transfer is to be allowed. Hence, we allow these Transfer Petitions and direct that Civil Writ Petition No. 17705 of 2006 titled as Attar Singh Dhoor vs. State of Punjab and Civil Writ Petition No. 16221 of 2006 titled as Hardip Singh and Ors. vs. State of Punjab, both pending in the Hon'ble High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh, be transferred to this Court and listed along with Civil Appeal arising out of Special Leave to Appeal (Civil) No. 23507 of 2010.

The Transfer Petitions are, accordingly, allowed.
