O R D E R

The learned counsel for the parties submitted that the matter is

likely to be settled in all probabilities. They submit that even the terms of compromise are suggested but there is some dispute with regard to clause

(5) thereof as regards the payment of amount of permanent alimony and

the learned counsel hope, even that could be resolved by th em. In this

view, they pray for two weeks' more time.
