With the consent of both the parties and to explore the possibility of amicable settlement, the matter is referred to the Supreme Court Mediation Centre. The Mediation Centre shall appoint a senior mediator to mediate the issues between the parties. On the first date i.e. on

02.09.2023, the mediation may take place by virtual mode. Thereafter, the parties are ready to appear personally as per the instructions by the Mediator.

Let the petitioner pay a sum of Rs. 5,000/-, per physical appearance of Respondent Nos. 7, 8 and 9 each, towards to and fro expenses, one week before the date fixed in the mediation process.

After considering the issue, the report be made available as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of two months.

Re-list the matter after two months.
