The appellant will deposit the awarded amount in the High Court of Delhi within four weeks fro m today and it will be open to the respondent to withdraw the same within eight weeks thereaft er, by giving Bank Guarantee of a nationalised Bank. In the event, the amount is not so withdr awn, the Registrar of the High Court will get it deposited in an interest bearing deposit in a
nationalised bank initially for a period of 2 years and renew it thereafter every six months until further orders are received from this Court.
Stay granted by this Court on 24.4.2012 shall continue until the disposal of the appeal.
